Brittany Jean Schock is the 17 year old daughter of Junior and Valerie Schock of Mandan and is the oldest of four children. She is a senior at Mandan High School where she is active in High School Rodeo, FFA, FCCLA, and is a member of the National Honor Society. Brittany has grown up around horses and rodeo and is honored to represent the Ashley PRCA Rodeo over the next year. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, riding horses, and competing in rodeo where her favorite events are barrel racing and pole bending.
Miss Schock was crowned at the 3rd annual Miss Ashley Rodeo Pageant in September. Brittany believes that “Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but rising every time we fall.” Over the next year she is very excited to be the official spokeswomen and promote the Ashley PRCA rodeo and invites all of you to attend the Ashley Rodeo Days on August 9th and 10th. ~ ~ Kayla Kiser, Miss Ashley Rodeo Princess 2008 ~ ~
Kayla Mae Kiser is the 15-year-old daughter of Mark and LaDonna Kiser of Valley City, ND. A freshman at Valley City Public High School, she is active in cheerleading, basketball, band, ND High School Rodeo, SADD, and the honor roll. When she is not busy with school, she occupies herself with other interests such as friends, family, training horses, playing with her dogs and goats, eating, rodeoing, and being distracted by shiny objects.
She's earned the nickname "social butterfly" because she is constantly talking to friends and she is eager to make many more. If you see her at a rodeo, parade, or other social event, she would love it if you came up to her and introduced yourself! She is looking forward to her year as Miss Ashley Rodeo Princess and wishes you all the best of 2008!
